BioThis is my livejournal and I write in from time to time when inspiration hits. I don't claim to be some kind of fantastic writer or orignator of great thoughts. Sometimes ideas come to me and I just want to share them, so up they go on the old livejournal.
As Matthew so aptly put it... "there goes Jackie with another life-affirming lj entry."
I know, it's almost over the top. I get excited. Sometimes I look back on what I've written and it's amusing or silly but that's alright. I'm just a human being so that's bound to happen. But I'll write and share anyway, no shame in mishaps :)
Who I am: a person who is obsessed with introspection, growth, change. I'm searching for meaning and purpose in life, I'm determined to do great things.
My lj is a sometime glimpse into the madness ;).
Disclaimer: Sometimes it might seem like I'm full of myself, what with the constant references to "doing big things" or "I know that I'm this, I know that I'm that." Please don't take that as haughtiness. That is simply me encouraging myself. When you treat a struggle as though it's already been conquered, like you're already doing those big things or facing those challenges, it gives you strength to keep going, searching, and fighting. So I don't mean to claim that I'm so great this, I'm so great that. I'm just a person on a journey and I keep telling myself I'm great because that helps me aim for it. I try to stay humble, but because this journal on occasion provides a look into my inner tickings, you'll catch me talking to myself and telling me that I'm the little engine that can. Enjoy, or judge, or whatever. This is a little bit of me and I have no regrets in sharing.
Also, Jacqueline rhymes with Kathleen. I'm European, not American style. That might sound Nazi-ish, but it's my name man, it needs to be said right!
